Your works, sharing and billing
This guide shows where your finished images and videos live, how to download and share them, and how to manage your credits and your plan. Everything is in your dashboard.
Is it free? Yes. My Works, downloads, the share dialog, your credit history and your settings cost nothing. Only new AI work uses credits.
Where to find things

My Works
My Works keeps every output you make with AgentReel: images, AI videos, template videos, video ads and B-roll cuts. Your works appear only in your own dashboard unless you share them.
- View: open any work to watch or look at it full size.
- Download: save the file to your device. Images download directly as PNG, JPG or WebP.
- Share: open the share dialog. See the next section.
- Delete: remove a work you no longer need. For B-roll projects, your footage and results stay until you delete the project.
Sharing your work
The share dialog sends your work to the platform you pick:
- Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, Telegram, WhatsApp and X.
- TikTok, which sends the video straight to your TikTok drafts.
- YouTube, which uploads the video directly and lets you set the visibility.
AI writes a title, a caption and hashtags for you, for free.
Every shared work also gets a public share page. Copy its link from the share dialog. The page has a download button and a "make one like this" button, so viewers can make their own. Search engines do not index the share page, so only people with the link find it.
Credit history
Credit history shows your current balance and every change to it: purchases, check-ins, invite rewards, charges for each task and automatic refunds of failed tasks. If a task failed, you see the refund here.
The invite card is also on this page. Share your link, and when a friend registers with a verified email, you both get 100 credits. You are rewarded for up to 5 friends. See credits and pricing for the full rules.
Plans and billing
On Subscription you see your plan and your balance. Open the billing portal there to change your plan or cancel it.
- Change: switch to another plan, such as Starter, Pro or Ultra.
- Cancel: cancel anytime. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your credits stay usable until then.
- Credits: subscription credits reset each billing month and do not roll over. One-time packs never expire and stack with a subscription.
- Payment: checkout is a secure card payment by Stripe. Plan prices are in USD, and other currencies are shown at checkout.
For a problem with a purchase, contact support within 7 days. Subscription fees for the current period and partly used packs are generally not refundable. Read the refund policy for the full terms.
Settings and newsletter
- In Settings you can change your email, your display name (up to 16 characters) and your avatar (up to 1 MB).
- You can sign in with Google, GitHub, an email one-time code or a magic link.
- Subscribe to the weekly product newsletter in the footer. It arrives every Tuesday, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
Tips
- Download important works to your own device as a backup.
- Use the free AI caption in the share dialog as a start, then add your own words.
- Check your credit history after a failed task to see the refund.
- If you plan to cancel, use your remaining subscription credits before the period ends, because they do not roll over.
FAQ
Where are my old videos and images?
All of them are in My Works. Images also appear in the history strip of the AI Image Generator.
Can other people see my works?
No, not unless you share them. Your works appear only in your own dashboard. A share page is open to anyone with the link, but search engines do not index it. Read privacy, rights and safe use.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Subscription and open the billing portal. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep your credits until then.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits reset each billing month and do not roll over. One-time packs never expire.
A task failed. Did I lose my credits?
No. Failed tasks are refunded automatically to the pool the credits came from. You see the refund in Credit history.
