Lyric Video Maker
The Lyric Video Maker turns your own song and its lyrics into a lyric video. The words light up as they are sung, the text pulses on the beat and your background images cut on the beat. It is made for musicians, bands and producers who want a video for YouTube, TikTok, Reels or Shorts without hiring an editor.
A free account can make a lyric video: the render costs 15 to 50 credits, which free check-in credits can pay. Syncing the lyrics to the vocals costs 5 purchased credits. Finding the beat is free.
What you can make
- A lyric video for a new single, to post on release day.
- A 15 to 30 second hook clip of the chorus for TikTok, Reels or Shorts.
- A full 120 second section of a song for YouTube.
- A teaser before a release, with your cover art or photos in the background.
- A karaoke-style video where each word lights up as it is sung.
How it works
- Open the Lyric Video Maker.
- Upload your song as MP3 or WAV, up to 25 MB. Check the box to confirm that you own the rights or have permission.
- Set the clip start and the clip length, from 10 to 120 seconds.
- Enter the song title, the artist and the lyrics, one line per row.
- Press "Find the beat". This is free. Without it, the video pulses at 120 beats per minute. You can also set the tempo by hand.
- Optional: press "Sync the lyrics" for 5 credits. The words then follow the vocals. Without a sync, the lines spread evenly over the clip.
- Pick a style (bold, neon or minimal), your colors and up to 6 background images.
- Pick the frame: 9:16, 16:9 or 1:1.
- Press "Check frames" to catch cut-off text for free, then press "Render video". The button shows the price. The MP4 is saved in My Works.

Tips for better results
- Paste the lyrics exactly as they are sung, in order. The sync works best when the words match the vocals.
- Choose the clip first, then paste only the lyrics inside that clip.
- Keep each line short. Short lines are easier to read on a phone.
- Run "Find the beat" before you render. The text and the background cuts then follow your real tempo.
- Use cover art or band photos as background images. You can also make images in the AI Image Generator.
- Use a 15 to 30 second chorus clip in 9:16 for short-form platforms.
FAQ
Can I use any song?
Only songs that you own or have permission to use. You confirm this before the upload, and you are responsible for the music you upload. See privacy, rights and safe use.
Do the words really follow the singing?
Yes, after a lyric sync. The sync matches your lyrics to the vocals. If the lyrics differ from what is sung, the match is loose, and the editor tells you to check them.
Can I make it without paying?
Yes. A free account can find the beat and render with free check-in credits. The lines then spread evenly over the clip. Syncing the lyrics needs purchased credits.
What if the sync or the render fails?
The credits go back to your balance automatically.
Can I change the lyrics after the sync?
Yes. After a change, press "Sync again" so the words follow the vocals. If you do not sync again, the lines spread evenly over the clip.
Who owns the video?
You keep all rights to the song and the images that you upload. You can use the video you create, subject to the terms of service.
