This page answers the questions we hear most often, across every AgentReel tool. If your question is not here, a real person answers in live chat and by email.

Is it free to get help? Yes. Live chat, the feedback form and email support are free for every account, free or paid.

Account

How do I sign in?

Use Google, GitHub, an email one-time code or a magic link. You can try the AI Image Generator as a guest first: a free queue of about 15 seconds per image, then you sign in.

Can I change my name or avatar?

Yes. Open Settings. Your name can be up to 16 characters and your avatar up to 1 MB.

Which languages does AgentReel support?

The website is in English and Chinese. Tool support differs: for example, the AI B-Roll Editor takes scripts in English or Chinese, and the AI Video Ad Generator writes voiceover, script and captions in English for now.

Is there a desktop app?

Yes. AgentReel for Mac and Windows runs the AI B-Roll Editor on your computer, with your local footage. Download links are in the site header and footer.

Credits and payment

What can I do without paying?

A free account can make Z-Image images and render video templates and Code to Video with free check-in credits, cut one free B-roll video, and use every free browser image tool and the clip tools. Every other model and tool needs a purchase. Details are in Credits, plans and free usage.

How do I get free credits?

Claim the daily check-in (15 credits once per UTC day, for accounts that never purchased) from the banner. Or invite a friend from /invite: when your friend registers with a verified email, you both get 100 credits.

How do I know what a task will cost?

Every button and editor shows the exact price before you start. Nothing is charged before that.

A task failed. Do I get my credits back?

Yes, automatically. The credits go back to the pool they came from. You can see the change in Credit history.

Which plan should I choose?

Starter (200 credits a month) covers images, templates, short clips and B-roll videos, but not one video ad, which starts at about 222 credits. Pro (1000 credits a month) covers about 4 short ads, Ultra (2000 credits a month) about 9. Compare all plans on the pricing page.

Do credits expire?

Pack credits do not expire. Check-in credits expire at 00:00 UTC on the day they are claimed. Subscription credits reset each billing month and do not roll over.

How do I cancel my plan?

Open Subscription and cancel. It takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your credits stay usable until then.

Can I pay in my own currency?

Yes. Prices are listed in USD, and checkout shows 16 currencies, including EUR, GBP, JPY, CNY and INR. Payment runs through Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number.

Can I get a refund for a purchase?

Subscription fees for the current period and partly used packs are generally not refundable. If you have a problem with a purchase, contact support within 7 days. See the refund policy for the full terms.

Results and quality

What if I do not like the result?

Most tools let you check before you pay for the expensive step. Templates run a free AI frame check before render, the B-roll editor lets you check the timeline phrase by phrase, and the video ad generator has a guided mode where you review each step.

Is a paid account faster?

No. Free and paid accounts get the same processing speed.

Can I use what I make commercially?

You can use the images and videos you create, subject to the terms of service and the usage policy of the model you chose. Do not create content that infringes the rights of others. See Privacy, rights and safe use.

Files and privacy

Where do I find what I made?

Every image, video, template, ad and B-roll output is in My Works. You can view, download, share or delete each one there. See Your works, sharing and billing.

Who can see my uploads?

Your uploads and outputs are stored with your account and appear only in your own dashboard, unless you share them. A shared page is not indexed by search engines.

Do the free image tools upload my files?

No. The free image tools run in your browser, and your files never leave your device. Trimming a video in the YouTube Clip Maker also happens in your browser, with nothing uploaded.

How do I delete my files?

Delete outputs from My Works. B-roll footage and results stay until you delete the project.
