Privacy, rights and safe use
This guide explains where your files go when you use AgentReel, who owns what you make, and the rules for voices, faces and music. It is a plain summary. The privacy policy and the terms of service are the full and binding text.
The short answer: the free browser tools never upload your files, your uploads and outputs appear only in your own dashboard unless you share them, and you keep all rights to the content you upload.

Deleting your content
- Delete any output from My Works. You can delete images, videos, template videos, ads and B-roll outputs.
- Delete a B-roll project to remove its footage and results.
- A public share page exists only for works you choose to share. Search engines do not index it.

Who owns what you make
- You keep all rights to the content you upload.
- You can use the images and videos you create, subject to the terms of service and the usage policy of the model you chose.
- Do not create content that infringes the rights of others.
Before you use a work for a client or an ad, read the terms of service and check the model you used.
Voices and faces
- Voice cloning: you may only clone a voice with the consent of the person who speaks. Consent is required before you clone a voice.
- Character photos: a photo of a real person for a video ad needs that person's consent.
- Your own recording: you can upload your own voice recording instead of using an AI voice.
Music
- For a lyric video or your own music bed, only upload songs you own or have permission to use. The lyric video tool asks you to confirm your rights.
- The music presets in the AI B-Roll Editor are part of the product, so you do not need to upload anything to use them.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. AgentReel never sees or stores your full card number.
Safe use checklist
- Use your own footage, photos and recordings, or material you have permission to use.
- Ask a person before you clone their voice or use their face.
- Upload only music you own or have rights to.
- Keep private files private. Share a work only when you want other people to see it.
- Delete outputs and B-roll projects you no longer need.
