AI Avatar Video
AI Avatar Video is an AgentReel tool that turns one portrait photo into a talking presenter. The face speaks your typed script or your own recording with lip sync. The video is as long as the speech, up to 5 minutes, in 9:16, 16:9 or 1:1, with optional burned-in captions.
Is it free? No. Avatar videos use purchased credits. Standard 720p costs about 4 credits a second and Pro 1080p about 8 credits a second, so a 30 second Standard video costs about 120 credits. A failed video is refunded.
Quick answers
What do I need?
One portrait photo (JPEG or PNG, up to 10 MB) and the speech: a typed script read by an AI voice, or your own MP3, WAV or M4A recording of up to 5 minutes.
Can the avatar speak with my own voice?
Yes. Upload a recording of your voice, or pick a voice you cloned in the AI B-Roll Editor when you type a script. Voice cloning needs a paid account.
Which languages does it support?
The lip sync follows the sound, so it works for any language that the voice speaks. The AI voices speak English, Chinese, Spanish, Japanese and many more.
Whose face can I use?
Only your own face, or the face of a person who gave you permission. Do not make a public figure or a private person say something they did not say.
What you can make
- TikTok, Reels and Shorts with a steady presenter, without filming every day.
- A product explainer or an offer that you update by changing the script.
- Course lessons and onboarding videos that are easy to fix later.
- The same presenter in other languages, with captions in each language.
How it works
- Open the tool. Go to AI Avatar Video.
- Upload a portrait. Pick a sharp, front-facing photo of one person. Choose a vertical, wide or square frame; the photo is cropped to it.
- Add the speech. Type a script of up to 3500 characters and pick a voice, or upload a recording of up to 5 minutes.
- Hear the voice first. With a typed script, you hear the voiceover before you pay for the video.
- Pick the quality and captions. Standard 720p or Pro 1080p, with or without burned-in captions. The page shows the price.
- Download and share. Download the MP4, SRT and VTT files. Every video is saved in My Works.

Tips for better results
- Use a sharp, well-lit photo. The face looks at the camera and is not covered by hands, hair or sunglasses.
- Leave space around the head. The photo is cropped to the frame, so keep room above the head and around the shoulders.
- Use clean audio. Clear speech without loud music gives the most natural lip sync.
- Tell viewers when a presenter is AI. Clear labels keep trust and follow the rules of most platforms.
